Why do we collect this data?

Final provisions Amendments to these provisions
Our company reserves the right to amend these provisions at any time. Amendments are applicable with immediate effect to all visitors.
Severability If any provision of these provisions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. In such a case, the void or inapplicable provision shall be interpreted as closely as possible to its original intent.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution (Jurisdiction) Any dispute arising from the processing of data collected by our company through our various portals or website shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law, to the exclusion of any other law or conflict of law rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any proceedings arising therefrom shall be the company’s registered office.
