Physiotherapist and Acupuncturist

Specialist in holistic health with over twenty years of international experience in physiotherapy, natural therapies, and professional training. His career includes managing clinical and teaching centers, as well as developing humanitarian projects and interdisciplinary collaborations in different countries. These roles have given him a broad perspective on management, the training of future professionals, and interdisciplinary work in modern healthcare settings.

Based in Switzerland and open to the world, he offers a personalized approach that combines science, active listening, and respect for diversity. As a physiotherapist and acupuncturist, his aim is to help people achieve well-being, balance, and autonomy, integrating scientifically validated methods with Eastern techniques and a human touch.
He currently maintains occasional collaborations wherever his knowledge and experience can be of use.
His main interests include sports — especially endurance running, cycling, motorcycling, and swimming. Traveling to less touristic places and maintaining direct contact with nature are also essential parts of his life and daily philosophy.
If you are looking for care that combines professional rigor, empathy, and a global perspective, you are welcome to discover this way of supporting health processes.

My Story: A Vocation for Care in a Diverse World

My vocation was born from a deeply human experience: the illness and death of my father.
During that time, we were accompanied by a naturopathic doctor who awakened in me a genuine curiosity. More than seeking a cure, I wanted to understand. Understand how to heal, how to prevent, how to help. That was the starting point.
Since then, many years have passed, but the seed planted at that moment continues to guide my path. With my feet firmly grounded in scientific study and my hands open to natural therapies, I have cultivated a way of supporting health that integrates mind, body, and environment.

From a young age, I have lived sport intensely. I was a member of FC Barcelona’s athletics team, taking part in numerous national competitions, and a volunteer with the Mountain Red Cross, where I learned the essentials of high-mountain activities and survival. Later, compulsory military service offered me another perspective on physical work and discipline.
These experiences were key to understanding sacrifice, sustained effort, and the pleasure of surpassing oneself within a team.

Today, as a therapist, I apply this knowledge to the understanding, treatment, and prevention of injuries, particularly for high-performance athletes. I understand what it means to push oneself to the limit, and I know how well-applied therapies can make the difference between performing, recovering, or getting injured.
My training began at age 17 in a massage school and continued at university, where I specialized in physiotherapy. This allowed me to combine science, technique, and human sensitivity, always respecting the diversity of each person and situation.

The discovery of modern acupuncture was also a key stage in my career. It was Dr. Stuart, with whom I had the opportunity to collaborate, who introduced me to this discipline and passed on this passion.
Sometimes the best training must be sought far from home. In my case, it took me to Canada, where I studied at Hamilton University. There, I deepened my knowledge of modern acupuncture and completed clinical practice in Toronto.
At that time, this approach was still almost unknown in Europe. Even today, I consider the training offered in Canada to be among the most comprehensive, although it is now also possible to find excellent professionals and trainers in Europe.
One of the most defining moments of my life was participating in a humanitarian project in Africa. I coordinated a local team and managed a government-funded project to improve the health of communities with very limited resources. There, I understood the true meaning of the word “service” and what it means to care with humility, adapting to other realities, and being useful in the essentials.

My values as a therapist

  • Empathy: I believe in active, close listening. Each person brings their own story and rhythm.
  • Professional rigor: My treatments are based on continuous training and scientific evidence.
  • Natural and holistic approach: The body is wise. I seek to activate its potential without forcing it.
  • Collaboration: I work in a network with other professionals. What matters is not who heals, but that we help nature find solutions.
  • Human commitment: My goal is to care, accompany, and contribute to helping people live with well-being and autonomy.
